Elegant Pool Design – The Sanchez Project

The Sanchez Project reflects an elegant pool design with many features and high quality materials. The shape of the pool is unique and complements the arrangement of the outdoor elements and home. The main pool entry has a large sunshelf with steps across it’s length. There is a second sunshelf across the pool near the outdoor living area well suited for the lounge chairs you can see in the pictures.

Between the columns of the adjacent living area is an infinity edge which complements the contemporary style. The stone decking is absolutely beautiful and works very well with the stone used for the vertical walls of the pool, bar, kitchen and fireplace. The spa is square with infinity edges on all sides for a fabulous effect. Custom tile up the sides and across the top of the spa look beautiful as the water flows across it and adds a nice touch. The pool is finished with Pebble Tec that adds both beauty and long life.

The outdoor kitchen and bar is covered by a pergola with a clear cover that let’s the light through but keeps out the rain. The bar and kitchen counters are a beautiful granite with overhangs for convenient seating. The kitchen includes all the favorite fixtures and built-ins. There is a sink in both the bar and the kitchen. Flat screen video is located in both the outdoor kitchen and bar as well as the living area above the fireplace.

There is a third covered area added to the back of the house with built in fans for comfort in the summer.

the backyard is landscaped as an integral part of the outdoor living area. The gas firepit is adjacent the covered living area and includes a wall around the perimeter just right for seating and the perfect touch of ambiance. Stone pavers provide access to the living area. Built in planters accent the design for the finishing touch. Most definentely an elegant pool design.
