A Marquise Premier Pools Design – The Howard Project

The Howard Project reflects an elegant master planned contemporary design with many features and high quality materials. All aspects of the design were integral to to overall home design. The home, the pool and all of the outdoor living features reflect a seamless integral design. The winding river shape of the pool is unique and complements the arrangement of the outdoor elements and home. With the house surrounding both sides of the river, there are several covered living areas including a complete outdoor kitchen and bar as well as covered living areas and covered dining. The spa is circular and matches the circular accent pool and the end that includes fountains and sprays.

The main pool entry has a large sunshelf with steps across it’s length. The pool is finished with Pebble Tec that adds both beauty and long life. Tropical foliage complements the design and there are palm trees all around including three in beautiful circular stone planters. An elegant Zoysia grass covered slope gives the river a natural look.
