These four integral swimming pools The Woodlands are unique in every way. It’s the first pool project that has incorporated a 13-foot retractable screen with a rear projector centered as the main feature of the pool. There are four levels to this pool, the spa being the highest. Then the all glass lap pool being the second level, which dumps into a perimeter flow trough. That pool ultimately dumps into the lower plunge pool which is 74 feet long and 25 feet wide.

The lower plunge pool then has a big black glass negative edge that dumps 30 inches more into the lower trough. This pool is all about terrace water and terraces in the deck. And what it does is it combines the terracing of the water with the terracing of the decks and it is an architectural geometric genius piece. It also has been featured on HGTV.

You can look at the drone shots and see this incredible axis that starts at the front entry court and penetrates all the way through the house and then lines up in the rear of the house with the all glass lap pool. Then the terminating feature of the whole master plan is this 13-foot movie screen. When you come in the front door and you look out of that house you can see that movie screen reflecting on this all black glass pool. It is the most awesome first impression that anyone will ever see when you walk in a house and you look out at a pool.

This project has an oversize full commercial summer kitchen underneath a pergola. There are 84 24 karat gold tiles that are inlaid into the step pad. There are 4,628 Boxwoods planted on this project. Every aspect from a quantity standpoint on this project is extreme. When you talk about 200,000 gallons of water and 4,628 boxwoods and 60,000 pieces of individually laid glass tile, you can attribute a huge effort on design, a huge effort on implementation. Even today these customers still brag about, love, and hang out by this pool.
